Well my surgeon is a butt. When I walk in and try to talk to him he just looks at me and says it is trial and error. My protein goals are 90. No I don't meet them BC if my down fall of carbs. No I don't record but I'm going to start. I do eat protein first. I got a fit bit so I get 2-3 miles in a day with my daily life task. I'm thinking about doing water exercise. Also I don't have a nut any more she moved.
