Hey guys. So now I have Acid Reflux. Everything has been fine since 7/20. A few cramps but nothing crazy. Went back to doc yesterday and she told me to try something over the counter. So today is day 2 let's see what happens. It makes me not want to drink anything. So of course I'm dehydrated???????? -

I was sleeved on 7/20 and can't sleep. Never had a problem before. Its a little annoying. I had to take a pain med to fall asleep. -

Its midnight still in hospital sugery went well. The after is the issue. I will be the first to say its very very very painful. I was supposed to go home today but can't get down enough Liquids so they are keeping me. The pain is REAL!!!!!! The aftermath -

Today is the day. On my way to the hospital need to be there by 5:30am. Well wishes to all who are making this change today. The start of new beginnings I will update in a few hours on my progress. -

Soooo I have a UTI. My sugery date has been changed from 7/13 to 7/20. I need to take antibiotics. Things happen for a reason so I'm not stressing it

Good luck tomorrow. My date is 7/13. On liquid diet 3 days now. Today has been the hardest. Only 2 cups of veggies per day. Any tips since you blazed thru. -
So this is my pre op plan. Trying to figure out how much veggies can I eat??? If its not listed I can't have it. Any suggestions.

I start my pre op diet on 6/29. my date is 7/13 its Protein shakes and only veggies. it crazy when i hear all the different diet types some sound better than others. I'm just trying to stay positive and know that i can do this. Hubby is on board and has agreed to handle meals for kid this week. i told him he will cook and food shop this week for him and the kid and pease, please, no extra Snacks in the house.
