I'm 29yr and was just banded 6/19 my start weight was 220lb and I'm 5'. From preop diet to now I am at 201. First off this is tough stuff!! I absolutely hate protein shakes...tried so many they stink!!! I'm still on full liquids and its just as hard.... I force down 4oz of protein shake in the morning (holding my nose) and another at night... In between chicken broth, jello, water, cream soup... I have started to feel like I made the wrong choice but I think I just need a reminder of all the good. My question why can't I have fruit smoothie!!! :-( anyone else here close in the process like me that we could journey together???
