Hello, my name is Jessica and I am currently researching for a documentary series about single people with a medical conditions for Discovery. We are looking for UK based single men and women who are looking to start dating again but may feel nervous because of a physical condition they have. It is an uplifting and sensitive series which aims to highlight and raise awareness about different conditions and hopefully helps to dispel any misconceptions people may have about their own appearance. The last series featured individuals with a range of conditions, for example, a lady living with alopecia who had little confidence when dating because she never knew when to tell men that it was not her real hair, to a man who had his arm amputated due to a motorbike accident and thought women would find him less attractive. We can happily say that both are now with long term partners a year on. This year, we would like to hear from people with excess skin from weight loss or surgery.
