DENIAL!!!!!
This is my new revelation. Yes, I said it. I have been gaining weight since college 2003 or so. I thought I still looked good no matter what. After all, I was not THAT big. Right? Well, well,..... 165# has sprung up to 259#. Yes, that is the right number, 259. I cannot believe this. So, I am done with all of the fad and not so fad diets. Time to take my life back!!
