So I was sleeved June 30th and u lost 40lbs in the first 4 weeks.i have only list 10 more lbs since then. My appetite is a little lighter but definitely not what I expected. I just got a personal trainer so hopefully that helps. I'm pretty discouraged

I must admit, I kinda gave up for a while. I was watching my carbs and getting in my protein with no success. I have never been great at water though. Could that one factor cause that much of a problem?

I was June 30th too. The beginning was super tough. I am doing much better. Six days out I was down 15lbs!!!! But...the weight loss has stalled since. I'm using premier shakes. I just started tolerating them again. I bought isopure flavorless protein and added it to soup last night and I didn't taste it! This will help me get my protein in. I am craving grilled fish and steak. I can't wait to eat something on the 22nd! -
I was sleeved on the 30th and I'm on the mend. I was struggling with nausea and gas initially but now I feel like my large incision has been stretched. Anyone else have that problem? It's pretty painful

Mbaldree, Dr. Nick is doing my surgery Tuesday! I'm excited and a little nervous. I got lots of pain meds prescribed so I hope it's manageable. -
chines66, I think it's normal to be nervous. Think about the benefits and rewards. Hang in there. You're not alone!

June 30th is my date! Super excited and a little nervous but I'm ready to see this change in my life. The diet has been challenging but surprisingly not impossible. I will try to find different premier shake flavors today
