So I'm over a year & a half pos op.. I just met the most incredible man a couple months ago and we are now dating and sexually active.. is there any birth control out there that is safe for me to take? Should I go ask my gynecologist about this or my bariatric surgeon? Please help!

I was really bad this weekend???? I just started dating this guy and we joined our friends at a bar for some Halloween fun and I tried alcohol for the first time since my surgery and it went really good and so I had a few more drinks and a cocoanut shot and it was the most fun I've had since surgery!! I'm 4 months post op by the way.. I know it might have been too soon but I just wanted to try and it went so good! And I didn't get as drunk as I thought I would.. I sipped between the alcohol and ice water too so it helped.. And then today I had a piece of homemade deer jerky. It was delicious!!!! So now I'm getting back on the health wagon and working my butt off to take the calories and burn off the fat that I took in this weekend.. I had my fun and now it's back to what's most important.. My health..

Can we still take birth control? What kind would be good for someone who had gastric bypass surgery? I'm making a gyno appointment Monday to look into it more

I don't even know where to begin with this whole mess! All I know is I need help and fast! I'm almost 4 months post op and I'm nauseous 24/7 and can't eat anything.. Now I'm starting to have nightmares about food I know I can't have! Now I'm losing sleep over this.. I'm very weak and have no energy at all.. I'm worn down all the time.. I'm ashamed to say this but I haven't been taking my Vitamins like I should.. There's just so many to remember and I've been so sick at my stomach that I can barely keep anything down.. I'm lucky if I can keep my Water down.. I go today for a EGD test.. I'm really scared that I'm never gonna get back to feeling good again.. I just hope I don't regret this whole surgery

I was just thinking, the holidays with all the food will be coming up before we know it.. I will be 5 months post op for thanksgiving and 6 months post op for Christmas.. What kind of holiday food is pouch friendly? I'm kinda nervous to be honest..

I am almost 3 months post op and I am constantly sick at my stomach.. The thought of eating just makes it even worse and I can't seem to keep anything down.. I'm very worried that I am not eating enough.. Being sick like this everyday makes me kinda regret having this surgery now.. I just wish I wasn't sick all the time like this

For the last few days I've been really really nauseous and it's been hard to eat anything because I think it will make it even worse.. Any suggestions that might help?

Is there any vitamins out there that actually taste good? The kind I have now just taste disgusting! So I've been looking around for better tasting vitamins.. Why aren't we allowed the gummy kinds? Is it because we can't break it down anymore?
