Anyone super sad about missing all of the 4th of July food? Cheeseburgers are my all time fave food and I'm up in Ontario for vacay and I'm super bummed about eating broccoli soup and mashed potatoes. I know it's for the best, but gees...wish I could have 1day of free drinking and eating once in a blue moon. Ok. Big girl panties are back on now.

I thought I was safe to eat salmon and mashed potatoes, ended up with the slimes, and ended up going to the bathroom and puking. I was 2 weeks out on Thursday, and I think I'll be fine by Thanksgivings.

Get a abdominal binder to help with stomach pain so you don't have to walk around holding your stomach for support. Also walking helps a ton!!! -

Hi everyone. I'm 10days post op and my mom asked me if I ever got a hungry headache. I was surprised because I tend to get hungry headaches and migraines. This is just an confirmation that me feeling "hungry" is all in my head. Just thought I would share for those struggling with feeling or trying to differentiate those. "Hunger Pangs"

How do I get through my Pre-op diet?
anahajara replied to honeyflowers's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I felt the Wtloss from the Preop diet was motivational. I dropped like 12 lbs from that in a week. -
Newbi here. Op date was June 18th. Current is 266 goal 250. I know it's high, but considering I'm just in in the beginning losing phase, I'm up for the challenge.

Muscle Milk is lactose free, I buy mine at Walmart. Premixed 4 per case for like $5.50ish or $6 -
I loved the unjury chicken soup. I've been drinking regular store broths, remembered I had the unjury sample and used it last night. It was awesome!!
