Hello my name is Lissette I just got my sleeve surgery done on June 11,2015. So far it has been rough I had a bad reaction I think it was towards anestesia because I was vomiting the first few days at the hospital once the doc was able to control that I was sent home. I am in the puree stage of the diet it's hard because I don't feel hungry and when I do eat I am full fast. I'm testing the waters as they say with food because I get stomach pains and bloat up really fast , that makes me really grumpy with certain food. I'm sticking more towards soups cream of chicken my favorite, jello, skim milk, and water I'm so glad I love water now. I have stomach pains at night I don't know if they are from hunger or just my body healing inside. I've stopped taking pain meds now because they make be nauseous. I started my vitamins they are in gummy bear form they ate good so far for swallowing. This journey was a long time journey waiting to happen I feel like I have been on a diet all my life at one point I gave up and was like if you love me this is how I am. But then God sent me two beautiful little angels my baby girl who is going to turn 5 and my baby boy who is 1. They are my motivation to get healthy and fit. My husband also supported my surgery as my parents. They just now areally watching me closely because they say I'm not eating enough. But I can't and its a little frustrating to keep explaining myself. O well what can you do. I'm excited, worried, sad and I seem more angry I hope it passes. But I'm still a new bee in this new life changing experience.
