Hi Andrea! Thanks for the post. I do count calories, I eat around 900 a day. I work out 3-5 times a week...nothing outrageous. I stay on track by eating TCBY frozen yogurt as a treat now and then (in moderation of course!). It is actually a pretty good source of protein! I went into surgery with the attitude that not only was I going to be successful but I was going to be so successful that I could be used as advertisement for the lapband. I don't think that will actually come true, I just always believed in my success and continue to believe in it everyday. Everyday I still have to edit what I eat and tell myself to exercise.
