@@Jewelgirl04 it's getting better. I got sick and had to go to only liquids for a day and that helped me out some when i tried to eat normal food it was a few bites and then full.. So really going backwards can help for a few days.. I'm switching my game up on how I work out and what I do so I can achieve my results..

Have u tried fruit infused water?? I can't stand water alone.. I prefer it to have some kind of taste my favorite so far was strawberry and lemons set over night tasted like strawberry lemonade

I'm 7 months out and been in a stall for a month. I bounce back and forth between 245 and 253 not even close to my goal.. I get maybe 1,000 calories a day walk 5 to 10 miles so some exercise that don't require weights like squats, lunges, set up etc and it's been driving me.crazy I've tried to eat just a little more in calories and it hasn't helps so I think I'm going to try this for a few days..

I wish insurance would cover it bc once all the weight is gone and all that is left is fat skin it causes rash or raw area and that hurts like s mofo I'm on fb if you wanna add me I'm cass leighann crow

Mine shrink some but with more to go I'm afraid lll need it to and Insurance don't cover it either so it will come out of my pocket.. Which means probably would g ever get to have it but o well..

Yea that part scares me to.. I was a little sad at first that mine went slow but the more I thought about it the happier I was that it went slow bc it gives the skin time to shrink back down to normal

Mine been slow really the entire time but I'm still losing it as of now thank goodness I have 106 left to go I didn't eat right for a week due to being sick so I gained 4 pounds back but now I'm feeling better so that will drop off fast

I've worked outside the home off and on the last 12 years but finally had to give it up a year ago due to my migraines becoming to much to do anything with. I enjoy being at home though.. The recurting I can do as I want like the candles. Don't have to leave the house for them

Yes ma'am I had surgery at Baptist hospital with Dr fuller. Love him he is so awesome. He tells it like it is. Yes it was a awesome present. I currently am a stay at home mom of two beautiful rotten girls.. I also do recruiting for s company called class a. We help truck drivers find new jobs n get them hired on if they qualify.. I also sell jewelry in candles.

I either walk or for stationary bike for 5/8 miles depends on how I feel. Right now that's all I'm doing i have no energy for more at the moment. Yes ma'am I'm 30 I turned 30 Dec 17 and had surgery on the 15th.

Sorry took so long to get back my notification on here are awful.. I live in dover. And yes fluid protein calories and vitamin lol.. I love that I had it done. I only wish I would of been able to do it sooner. But 30 better then never.

I'm doing good. Some days I struggle to get my calorie count even at this point. It's is never easy. Slowly getting there.. Glad u was able to lose weight while on vacation

Hi, I'm Cassidy, Cass for short. I'm 30, I had rny gastric bypass in Dec 2014. I started out with a bmi of 53.1 and a weight of 339 I'm 5 feet 7inch. I've always had trouble with my weight. At 16 I started to balloon up and it never stopped. I've tried diet after diet, eating right, working out. Was never able to lose more then 20 pounds. I had thought about weight loss surgery years ago but I didn't have insurance and thought about going to Mexico for it but couldn't afford it with being a one income family. Finally got insurance that would cover it and I went for it. I knew it was something that I wanted to do. I jumped through ton of hoops to get everything done for my insurance to wait for them to approve me. I'm lucky I got approved fast and had surgery within a few weeks from it. I had surgery just days before my birthday. It was my birthday gift to my self.. Anyway to say I'm glad I did it is a Understatement. I've lost 86 pounds, I've dropped my bmi down to a class two..any ways thanks for reading.. Glad to be here. I'll included s before and a after

My bmi was 53.1 and I've lost 86 pounds i had rny gastric bypass dec 2014. At first I was bummed it was slow but now I'm extremely happy bc it gives my skin the chance to shrink with it as it goes so I don't have alot of issues with that thankful and I hope I can keep it up i have 110 left to go till my goal.. Dr said as long as I get to 200 he would be happy but I'm pushing for 145. I'm currently at 253. Good luck and congrats on your journey
