Indiesophie75 started following Funny throat noises????????, Im outta of the 200 club!, 12 weeks post-op and and 4 others

I've noticed that my lower back and right shoulder blade is constantly aching since surgery. I've went to my MD and took a UTI test all clear... She says that maybe it's my breast and I might need a reduction when I reach my goal. ( I'm not super big btw) Has anyone experienced this kind of continuous pain and have been told it has to do with their breast? I seriously feel it might be something else. Other then that pain and the occasional constipation... I feel great I'm down 40lbs. I no longer have diabetes and I'm exercising daily. ????????????

WL WARRIOR reacted to a post in a topic: PCP rant!

I agree 100% with WL warrior. I struggled with my weight and had diabetes and lupus and my primary doctor told me that I just needed to run around the block a few times to get my sugar lowered... I kept him for 3-4 years when I finally got tired of his silly views on weight loss. The first day with my new primary she instantly enrolled me in bariatric classes and I then began my journey to becoming healthy and finally losing the weight. Dump that PCP maybe get a female PCP and don't let anyone discourage you towards your success! ????????

@@laguerr13 I know those cream and broth soups can get a little boring... Thank you I will definitely get one tomorrow ???? -
I'm 6 weeks out and I had the worst craving for wonton soup and I haven't had cravings at all, this would be my first... So is wonton soup not a good choice so soon after the surgery?

Hi All I am new to this app☺️. Im almost 7 weeks post-op this Thursday. I had my surgery on May 28th. I feel amazing and mostly because my sugars are completely under control. Battling diabetes and Lupus was a royal pain in the butt but, I am so happy and determined to keep myself positive and healthy. I look forward to this journey and discussing the challenges and accomplishment with all of you. Cheers to New Beginnings... Sw: 242 Cw: 221
