Hello, I'm Tracey from Chicago, Looking for men/woman from Chicago or in Illinois... who are in the process of having the gastric sleeve/bypass or have already been sleeved/bypass. Its so hard trying to find people who are in the same mind frame as you, people who are changing their way of life. Where are you in your journey. I'm expect to have the gastric sleeve surgery the second week of September, no specific date yet... I have one more requirement that will not be completed until 8/18.

Down 20lbs surgery on 9/24/15

3 days post op, lots of soreness and stiffness, but I wouldn't trade any of it.

I've lost 10... but I was told not to gain any more from the weigh I had at the visit... so any lost is awesome.

Preop diet day 3 is over... preop appointment is Monday... I'm getting super excited

Stay busy Sleevemetoo15 and drinks lots of Water or Crystal Light (no t.v. as it has too many food commercials unless you are watching movies)!! going into day 4.... preop appointment is Monday and I'm excited. Its finally about to happen. I'm ready. The days have gotten better.

I'm the same day, congratulations, keep me updated gasx, chap stick, puzzle book/pen, cell and charger, slippers, sports bra, long night shirt, deodorant, toothpaste/brush, and my bonnet... am I missing anything?

Preop diet day 1 complete, 13 more days. It was ok, but I'm hoping it gets easier...

we have the same except, I have two Protein shakes... with my one smart one... I can have either sf jello or sf popsicle. O and my 64 oz of water... preop diet starts Thursday and my surgery is 9/24

a few days after you complete your final requirement. 8/18 was my final requirement, emailed Angela on the 21st, chose a surgery date on the 26th, and received confirmation email with preop appointments on 9/1.

My prep session was 8/10... completed got pap results on 8/19... preop diet starts 9/14... surgery is 9/24, the day before my birthday... I'm so excited.. I've been waiting since 5/20...its about too happen.
