Became so upset with a customer service rep, I swore at them over the phone... not my finest moment. Taking breaths and calming down as it's going to be a great turkey day with my wife an kids. Have a lot to be thankful for tomorrow, and it's easy to forget that at times. Will deal with T-Mobile after the weekend.
