I have pain with the water. My surgeon said most people do and he is not sure why. Today is my first day with pureed food.

He was a great Dr. I have had both pains. All liquids. Never hungry. I was in the hospital 2 nights.

Surgery went well. I am home recuperating. The pain is not easy. I guess I didn't plan on that part of it. I loved my experience at University. All my nurses were great. I loved Dr. Rothchild as well.

I have my surgery time, I have hit my weight loss goal, and insurance approval has come through. Now lli have to do is wait 5 days. i think us Denver people should try to for our own support group. I know the hospital has one but it meets Wednesday nights and i am unable to do that night.

Do you have a weight loss goal? I loved cherry coke as well also coffee. I am doing well with that part though. I actually ate a bagel with peanut butter because I hadn't had any thing but pro town shakes in three days. I was surprised to surpass my goal this morning when I weighed.

You have to really work on it this month. I'm not sure what you goal was et at. I had a twenty pound weight loss goal. At preop yesterday I was still 3 pounds away.I am doing 2 protein shakes a day and a lean cuisine.It isn't the easiest thing in the world but it is working even when i have had tose days were i have gone over board on my eating because I think I am never gong to have this again. I also started my liquid diet and it has made it a lot esier.

I am scheduled for June 30. I am very excited. I was hoping for last Christmas but had to wait. i also had to the 6 months nutrition appointments. In a way I am glad. It really did help me get a better understanding of what I will be going through. I have been able to do a lot of reserch. I feel as though I am better prepared. I know that there are things that will come up that I could not prepare myself for, but a least I tried.

My date is the 30th. I am on my liquid diet. I need to lose 3.4 lbs in order for my surgery to be performed. My insurance required a 20 lb. loss. I have struggled with it. I will do it. I have 12 days.

I really like the premier protein shakes also the isopure fruit drinks.
