How much is everyone able to eat now? I had a followup yesterday and I didn't think I was eating enough. He said I am fine. I eat three meals a day and one isopure. My meals are just a quarter of a cup. So I don't get much protein from those. I don't tolerate meat very well. I'm close to being a vegetarian. Doctor says that's healthy for me. -

Just wanted to see how everything is going for everyone. I am 11 weeks out and have lost 45 pounds since my surgery date. I was at 313 when I started my appointments. I was 284 the day of my surgery. This morning I was at 239. I am happy with my process. I have a hard time with eating meat so I am finding alternate protein. I am learning my new body. -

I am doing ok. I only lost 9 pounds in five weeks. I have had some issues. I was in the hospital with an impacted bowel and I throw up when I have anything very solid. Very discouraged right now. -

OK so I just threw up food for the first time. It was not pleasant. This is my first day I can have something other than purees.I think I either ate too fast or it got stuck. Never the less it was not fun. -

Moving is super important. I am almost 4 weeks out. I went back to the gum at 2 weeks out. I feel great. I am off all meds. The only thing I take now are my vitamins. -

I am back to work now for a week. Went back one day short of two weeks. I was so ready. I have knots in my back but other than that have been great. I even went swimming and water walking for 2 hours yesterday and plan on doing it today because it is my day off. -

Its so weird. I can eat a whole egg. I can eat 1/4 cup of most things without that super full feeling. -
