I just told my mom it's not really hunger it's brain hunger. Because ore surgery I would be snacking. I'd got get chips or a cookie while watching tv. It's brain hunger.

Yeah I e been out to eat numerous times and I'm not sure why it bothered me now. But I'm just bored of the liquids I think. At least with mushy food I can purée it and eat it!!

I'm trying to be good. But man my kids meatloaf was calling my name!

Congrats!! I'm on day 6 and my incision hurts but I'm managing.

I'm 6 days post op gny and I don't want to eat. I was minor my hungry tonight but 4 sips of soup fixed that.

I had surgery Tuesday. Not really hungry either. Maybe a little bit but only today because I only had 1 shake and 1 soup. It's not hunger like before.

I haven't told anyone but hubby, parents and brother. I intend to keep it that way. I'm allowed 2 meal replacement bars so it's not all liquid.

Day 7...

I'm 6/23 Tuesday and I've been in the liquid diet for 7 days. I had 1 slip last night and ate a cup of chili. But I got back in the horse. I'm scared but so glad I found this group. I didn't want to join a fb group because I dint want friends to know I had surgery.,

Have you been doing a pre-op diet? I started last Tuesday. Slipped up yesterday and had a cup of chili.
