The Jello helps coat the pills as they go down . I just take a bite of jello to wet my throat and then With the next spoonful l add one of my pills to it and swallow it with the Jello. pills aren't stuck no more . @@OutsideMatchInside

Being post up now I'm starting to finally feel better , the gases are passing and so is the pain from it. Taking meds has been a real challenge , every thing seems to get stuck. The nurses gave me the tip of using Jello for them to slide easier and it sure Helps. Walking, Walking and more walking helps So much too. I'm having a really hard time with my Protein intak. I can Only Sip about 4 drinks from my Protein Shake before I feel "nautious". Hopefully that will get better over the next few days. For anyone who has Problems with Protein Drinks the taste and after taste of them was my biggest Concern until I was told about unjury ' My NUT gave me a few samples to try and I was shocked how good it really tasted | especially the chicken Soup one. Good luck to All who are having Surgery real soon take your time to , recover and don't rush ,all your going to do is hurt yourself in the process, Ice chips will be your best friend that first day to day and a half. Speedy recovery to everyone here and thanks for the support here.

move around as much as possible, lay inclined and keep us posted. congrats!

  7. Had my last meal with my kids and my best friend. We all decided that my hubby doesn't like Chinese and the kids and I love it so that's where we went for lunch today. Sad to say I believe this was the only meal that I stuffed myself to the gills knowing I wasn't going to put anymore solid food into me for a long time from now on. I'm mentally preparing myself to take that nasty cleanse drink right now, can't wait to greet the porcelain God all night long today lol. Before I know it it will be morning and I'll be heading for the hospital. We are going to take Before pictures tonight after the kids go to bed or right before. I think they are more nervous then I am, especially my 5 year old.

I agree with Jane13 and Shrinking Peach, It will be smooth (of course some rocky parts) but short lived. I am cleaning off your spot on the bench as we speak. Keep us posted on your progress when you are able.

  8. Getting really nervous now. Tomorrow is my last day before the surgery, it's all becoming more reality now and I'm excited but also nervous about the future and what it holds for me personally. I know this is my best chance at reaching my best health and my best weight but it's not going to be an easy journey at all. Glad I found this site and have a few folks around me that have went through similar procedures themselves.

Thanks, Are we allowed to add flavoring to our water during the clear liquid phase before surgery? Crystal light or even just fruit infusuion?

    July sleevers?

10 more days yay! What are you planning to drink for liquids? I am also nervous about the liquid phase. My surgery is on the 29th.I have to do 4 protein shakes a day that I'm mixing with unsweetened almond milk, sugar free clears (popsicles, jello) sugar free gum, fat free broths, 1/2 cup non strachy veggies a day for chewing. I plan to mix them with my broth to make "soup"Good luck with your surgery! That's a great idea. Are you hungry so far? What protein powder did you end up getting? I like the synthrax nectar fuzzy navel. I am looking for an unflavored one for soups or jello. Good luck with your surgery too. I may check back in w u post op to see how it went? (If that's ok). I have like no pain tolerance and am quite scared. I've had a c section before wonder if it hurts more, less, or the same with this? I've had three C-sections and my last one was hard to recover from so I am anxious to go into surgery on Tuesday. I'm praying it will be less painful for sure.
