My name is Linda I live in south Florida. I am a God fearing woman. I married the love of my life and we have 3 children. 2 girls 1 boy ages 15, 9, and 7. I have tried losing the weight on my own but have never lost more than 50lbs. Now I find my self at the highest I have ever been 345lbs and just desperate to be healthy, I currently awaiting my insurance approval. I work for t-mobile and I can't wait to be healthy and feel good again.

I have never liked chocolate milk, milky products period. Ugh... I've been drinking shakeology but the sugar content is 7 or 8g and I need it under 5. Any tips for making protein shakes more fruity?

Thank you so much that really helps. I HATE the protein shakes... Glad to know you can be successful without them. Do you use my fitness pal or something similar to track your meals? Sorry for so many questions I just need this surgery to be a success and want to use the tool as much as possible. I have done all my pre op stuff and am just waiting for my insurance approval. The wait is driving me CRAZY!!!!

Having to lift up my belly to wash my vagina! Having to tie my laces... (I would just take my shoe off put it on the counter tie my laces and put it on) Not huffing and puffing after walking the dog!

Hello all, my name is Linda and I live in south Florida. I am currently 342lbs and am awaiting my surgery date. I have been super busy getting all my pre-op stuff done. I am so nervous about the weight I have to lose. I need to lose at LEAST 175 to get me to a healthy BMI. I am having my surgery at Cleveland Clinic with Dr Rosenthal so anyone who has experiment with him I'd appreciate your info and/or insight. I don't know anyone my size who has done this and am looking for any advice or wisdom any of you have to offer. I am hoping this board will offer me the support, understanding, and kindness I am looking for.
