I am 48 years old. I have been heavy most of my life and have really never had self confidence issues, I am fabulous. My fear being that as I get older, I will start getting all the comorbities that I have gratefully avoided up until now. I was an R.N. in my previous life and now I sit at a desk. Talk about widening the back side. Lol I hope to get the giod, the bad and the ugly from this forum. I want to go into this eyes wide open.
