Hello my name is Shavon I am 33 from California. I am a single mom of a 11 year old. I came across this site while researching about weight loss surgery, and getting the steps on how to go about with the process. I actually talked to my PCP yesterday 6/15/15. My referral was sent over to the bariatric dept at kaiser! But first I have to go to a intro to weight loss surgery class , of course they want to make sure that this is the right choice.
