June 22nd. Doing better now. Still cannot eat meat of any sort. Cause sickness and lots of pain...
-
I eat my PB on a spoon also. I fluctuate in weight. Up a pound... Down 2 pounds. Very discouraging.
-
Yogurt is good. And love love love peanut butter. But chicken breast no good. I'll try fried chicken. Thank you

How is everyone doing it. They say eat chicken. It doesn't sit well with me. Nothing does. I take sips of water n it cause pain. Like I'm over stuffed. Since pre op I lost almost 50 pounds. But now stalling. The only thing g that sits well with me is CHEESE. Please help.

@lennon15. And how are you doing? Eating? Keeping it down? Pain? And what are you eating? Activities?

Yes I do believe I will be starting them anyways. Especially cause I'm unable to tolerate chicken

My highest 299.which I also was made to go on 2 week Diet prior to surgery. My current is 255. I was told I was doing OK. I lost 19 pounds at my 2 week follow up.
-
Yes my doc also had me on 2 week liquid after surgery. And then said I may eat like normal just only enough as big as an egg. Nothing more. But he never said stay away from carbs and the bad stuff. I guess that's common sense. But.... Now baked beans aren't they high in sugar. And if u don't mind what ur highest weight. And current weight. Being u had your surgery a week after me I'm curious to see how we differ.

Be strong you can get through it. I had my surgery on June 29. Although I have been able to tolerate foods. My emotions have been all over the place as well. I had regrets, but I also had to pray and realize that this was the best decision for my life. You can do it. Where are you located? Hello hun I'm from PA. I do believe that in the long run this is the best. What types of things are you eating. And how much. I can not tolerate chicken... Tuna is OK. And egg whites r OK. Cream of wheat is OK too. But we shouldn't have that.

I feel like I'm doing good. Sometimes alot of regret. But most positive thoughts. Having trouble with what I can eat and what I can't. Lots of things turn my stomach. And lots are gassy. Had gb June 22nd
