Hi all, I'm just starting out in my gastric bypass journey. I have a series of 4 appointments over the next 3 months before I have surgery. I'm a 30 year old male, 5'9 and 270 lbs, I just made the 40 bmi mark. I've tried every diet and exercise plan in the past but my overeating always does me in. I'm really excited to get thin and healthy, I have a beautiful wife and two little girls I need to stick around for!
