    Surgery is on Monday!

    Anyone still having major pain almost a month after surgery? I still wake up with bad pain that's continuous throughout day. Is this normal?

    @@bostongirlforever after the stall does the weight come off like it had after surgery or do u lose the weight slower? I'm from Boston also

    @@cpower100 Can u drink caffeine free diet soda, my paper says flat soda, i think I'll just stay away from it all together, I read stories about people pouches bursting

    You'll get there soon, my friend was the same then a couple weeks later she was shedding pounds like crazy, the first year they say is rapid weight lost. I lost 20 pounds in just the two weeks since I had the surgery, did u have the sleeve, I read it takes longer with that?
  6. @@Spiceyfrog in two days I'll be the the two week mark, hopefully when I go to my appointment on the 25th my doctor will let me go on to stage 4. Your right it seems less complicated and the food on stage four is some of the stuff I like. Wish I could get rid of these cravings but I don't act on them.

  11. Six months out ur lucky I'm just a little over a week and I can't eat nothing I'm not suppose to without vomiting or serious pain, does anyone know what else I can eat that's not on the list. I'm at stage 3 right now
  12. Wow 70 pounds in 5 months that's really awesome I hope the same works for me. I had surgery 9 days ago in down 12 pounds already, really tough with the diet stage foods but it's worth it. I have thought about pizza or soda in almost a week. Really love water now Haven't I ment

At first I couldn't even sit up but the next day they make u walk to avoid clots, and walks helps with the gas build up that causes pain, now I have no pain I walk everyday, not really use to the taste of protein shakes but I drink them anyways and a lot of water for dehydration. I was actually shocked when I got on scale 9lbs in 6 days, I hope it keeps coming off, I'll check my weight again on the 25th at my check up.

    I'm 6 days out of surgery and I can't stand these shakes, no store around I go to has chocolate shakes, I've been stuck with French vanilla and terrible breakfast carnation vanilla/cafe
  19. I have bad cravings for food I used to eat and I'm only a week out of surgery, but for some weird reason when I look at a photo of that food it makes me wanna vomit, like my body knows I'm not suppose to have it

    Hi I had my surgery almost a week ago and it's really tough adjusting to just liquids, can I still eat fruits like pineapple or watermelon if I chew them thoroughly
