Coffee protein drinks

I tried my very first decaf caramel skinny latte on ice today. It was ok but I only managed to get an 1/8 of it down. I doubt I'll be trying it again any time soon. I normally don't do starbucks but i needed something cold that wasnt Water. Where do you buy Inspire protein powder and what flavors do they make? Please and thank you Sent from my LG-H343 using the BariatricPal App I don't get them at Starbucks. I was going to a local coffee chain that uses Sugar Free chocolate milk to mix their caramel lattes. I get inspire protein at bariatriceating.com. It's the only place I've seen it sold. There's a sample pack set with a few other flavors which is how I initially tried it out.Cool thank you I'll have to look into them. Tired of buying ones that dont finish because its nasty. Wish more sold sample packs Sent from my LG-H343 using the BariatricPal App Me, too! I have so many powders I've had to toss due to taste or texture! I'm very picky. -

All good so far. Next payday I want to try white chocolate strawberry and blueberry cheesecake. -

Coffee protein drinks

I've started mixing Inspire Caramel Latte protein powder with cold brew coffee. So, so delicious! I had gotten in the bad habit of skinny, sugar free caramel lattes and needed a replacement. This was it, and I love it! -
Clothing Sizes: What do they even mean anymore?!?!?
ByeByeAdipose replied to OutsideMatchInside's topic in The Gals' Room
Sizes are out of control. I have clothes fron sizes L to XS that I currently wear! And pants are everything from a 12 to an 8! So I stick to dresses in stretchy materials when I can. -
That's great! Congrats!

I had surgery in October. I'm down 53 lbs from my highest weight. I haven't heard anything about Dr. Eslami. I absolutely love Dr. Shadle, and am very happy I had my surgery with him. I have had NO complications whatsoever. Hello! I live in Citrus Heights as well. I'm getting ready to meet with my surgeon. I'll be having mine done By Dr. Eslami at Methodist in South Sac. I've been trying to find others that are getting ready to get surgery or already had surgery through them as well.

I had my surgery 10/12/15. :-)

Obsessively checking online to see if I've been approved
ByeByeAdipose posted a topic in Insurance & Financing
My surgeon's office submitted for approval yesterday. All is done, so it shouldn't take long, but I'm anxious because if I don't have surgery in early October, I'll have to wait until late November because of schedule conflicts. So, I just keep checking online, hoping status changes from "pending" to "approved". -

For the ladies....Was your cycle messed up after surgery?
ByeByeAdipose replied to sarah1732's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I got my period two days after surgery, which was a week early. Usually it's over by day 5, but it's day 6 with no signs of stopping. :-( -
Creamed honey?! I've never heard of that. I do buy local honey here in NorCal, because my daughter likes it with tea and my husband prefers honey in his coffee. I'll have to look for that. I honestly only have the need/want for a touch of sweet in my coffee and tea. But even at that with my coffee I've been managing perfect by adding Protein to it bc it gives it just that touch of sweetness I wantedIf you're in near Sacramento, Sacramento Bee Keeping has some creamed honey and it is amazing!thanks I am a tish south at Travis AFB I don't know any place near there. I'm sure you can find something though.

Congrats! i had my surgery Monday the 12th It's gone by fast. Good luck on your pre op diet, the first 3 days are the worst! -
I'm 2 days post op. My discharge instructions were to call if I had diarrhea or fever. Maybe you should check what yours say, or call your doctor?

All of a sudden...everyone is *#%* expert!
ByeByeAdipose replied to ImBringingLisaBack RNY's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I've been lucky pretty much everyone has been supportive. Only my younger brother (who has always been heavy) has been unsupportive. He didn't think I should do it. I told him it's my decision, and I m going through with it. I want to be healthy! He then told me they kicked some guy out of the hospital because he ordered pizza! Like if I would do that lol. -

I don't have any experience with Aetna. I was able to see when my insurance got the referral because there was a section on there site witb referral info once I logged in. Maybe follow up with your doctor to ma sure they sent it, or give it few more days to get into their system? Or see if your doctor's office will re-send everything? -
You look amazing! Great job! We have similar before stats, but my surgery isn't until next week, you give me hope i can reach my goal weight! Keep up the good work, you'll be at goal in no time!
