How is everyone doing? I have had some challenges, but couldn't be happier with my decision! Water is my one issue, it is hard to get my 64. Height: 5'10" Highest weight: 374.4lb Weight day of surgery: 327lb Weight today: 312.2lb My average is 2.5lb everyday. I am never hungry, but my stomach does growl?? I am still cooking dinner for my husband, but I love to cook. I just usually take something from his meal and puree it with water. If that won't work, I go for fat free refried Beans and cheese or turkey chili. All still pureed with water, but still better than the Soups the Dr suggested. My salt meter is always going off. It feels like everything is drowned in salt! So how is everyone doing?

Finally decided to get my rings sized down 4 sizes! $$ but I cannot believe my fingers are this small! My drivers license picture does not work anymore. Guess it's time for the dreaded dmv line ???? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

I it 165lb loss, but I now only weigh in once a month. I was obsessing weighing more. Fluids are still a struggle for me, which leaves me with leg cramps at night. I was a size 30, now a 10. Love my new life and how I feel. I can play on the ground with my baby boy!

Not bad, I made a spicy rubbed turkey. Recently, spicy food is my life. It sends nothing is spicy enough for me. I'm sure it's a phase.

Going back to basics is a good idea. I am only weighing in twice a month. Any more and I get obsessed with the scale. I hit 128 lbs lost Friday. Very happy with my numbers, but the hair loss is depressing.

hey what's your magic?? I was sleeved in June as well and am only down 45lbs.. I know we are not supposed to compare journeys but you are doing fantastic! Help! LolSleeved the same day, down 121. I just eat my protein, and stick to under 20gtams of carbs a day. Usually under 10 grams. I also get allot of water every day. I'm a teacher, so walking is a given, but haven't done any other exercise.

Sleeve the same day, down 121. I an also worried about cod season as I am also a teacher. I have been taking my vitamins with oj, but hard to do. Everything but water is either salty or super sweet. I just bought a can of lysol and hand sanitizer! Good luck!

I started at 351. Yes, this journey has now gotten more involved, but I couldn't be happier! I just have to remember to still get my protein

I have found it is still hard to hit my protein goal. We just got placed with our adoptive newborn son, so my attention is off of me which just makes it harder. I did reward myself with some new jeans and a new dress! Not bad for my first clothes purchase since surgery. Jeans are half the size I was.

Hit 100 lb loss do i finally went shopping, and surprisingly had to keep going back for smaller jeans! Went from 28 to a 14!
