I'm 3 months out and almost finished a tostoda? Did not feel good. Fast food doesn't agree. I have no idea how many ounces it was, but the sodium in fast food is horrible.

Thanks for the response, I am not much for carbs, but I will increase water for sure, supplements still make me nauseous, trying to work it out, fearful of stretching my pouch, I ate a medium banana and worried the rest of the afternoon. Lol. Just never want to be overweight again. -

Months out. I am not exercising like I should either. With the small amount of calories intake I thought my weight loss would be more rapidly. just looking at the big picture now. I do worry about the honeymoon phase passing and I haven't lost the weight. Needed to lose 100 lbs. -

I'm 6 weeks out and have only lost 13 lbs. wishing it was more. Eventually I will lose. I just keep working the plan. -
I am almost 6 weeks out. My weight loss is very minimal and between the issues I have had, I can't even say...well at least I'm losing weight. Has anyone else have this happen. Daily calorie intake is between 600-900 aday.

What causes contractions, it has happened twice, 5 weeks out, is it not chewing, or eating to fast, or that 5th bite ?

Well I Do Not Want To Say To Much, but I regret it for to many reasons to list. I wouldn't do it again. I'm glad for all the people it has helped, it just isn't for me. Trying to except my decision.

I'm 53 and I can tell you when you pay to have surgery, not through insurance the guidelines change, there is so much that is not discussed. I have learned from groups like this so much. I'm grateful for all the comments. I was home 6 hrs out of surgery, with Tylenol 3. I have had a hard time. Just looking forward for this phase to end and a new journey to start, the whole reason I did this in the first place. Thanks

What do you do when your family eats meals?

I have had a few of those moments, once it was over something I would not even normally want. I drink something and I don't feel as hungry, but the sooner the family eats in front of you the more normal things will become. I still leave the room though, and 10 minutes later everyone's done eating. One victory at a time. It will get easier, that's what they say, maybe when I can start soft food will help. -
6/1 surgery. Day 12, been to er, have uti, severe constipation, hardly taking any calories, and I haven't lost 1 lb. Feeling miserable, been off pain med for 4 days.
