Hello everyone, I am new to this community and just getting started on my journey.  I am scheduled to have the Gastric Sleeve done on Jun 9, 2015 with Dr. Umbach at Blossom Bariatrics here in Las Vegas, NV.  So far the process has been smooth and straight forward so I expect the rest of the way to be the same.  I have been approved by insurance and now waiting to do my pre op with the surgeon on the 24th of June.  Not really excited about the liquid diet before and after but I will do what I have to do to get this weight off.  Any recommendations on how to survive before the surgery with the liquid diet?  I think after the surgery it will be a breeze from all of the blogs, vlogs and forums read.
