I just had my vsg on 7/24/15 and am curious as to how much people have lost within the first few months? Also, what kind of foods/drinks did you find most easily to eat/drink the first month after the surgery? Thanks!! -

I mix whey powder, water & ice... and I also drink Atkins Diet protein shakes. Both are tolerant. -

I've been on my pre-op diet, it's been going really good. I'm scheduled to get sleeved on July 24th in Tijuana. Is anyone else scheduled around the same time as me?
