I weighed today on my 5 week anniversary from surgery and not quite down 20lbs. I am learning to take it in stride. Getting all my diet components in is a challenge everyday so as long as I do that and exercise I think it's a success! I hope the scale catches up to where I think I should be though!!! Lol

Bad Breath/Taste in mouth-sleeved June 22
mtraverse replied to mperez1982's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Mine is worst in the morning! I now have a dry mouth when I wake up now too which is awful as well, not sure why I can't keep my mouth closed when I sleep now! -
When I saw my doctor for the first time we talked about what surgery would work best for the weight I needed to lose. I had the sleeve done. I am a month post-op and I have no regrets it second questions about my choice. It took me a long time to cut out the soda so great job on that! Definitely a necessity! Good luck with your appointment!

mtraverse replied to alindsey's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I just finished the puréed stage and I never measured per cups but I always had 2oz of protein and 1/4 cup of fruit or veggies. -
I had my one month today and am down 19.6 since surgery and 70 pounds since I started my journey on my medically supervised plan!
