Take deep breathes it will be here and over in a blink of an eye. I think u are just a little emotional but it affects people differently. Think of all the pros and positive things that will come from your surgery. It does get bettet!!!

I haven't got to your stage yet, but to encourage you just pick up where you left off. When you fall off just get back up. Take it one day at a time and know it gets better. My surgery is 6.23 Tuesday. If you can go through the diets and after you can conquer the world!! Hang in there!!

I think you just have to listen to your body. My surgery isn't until 6.23 Tuesday but that's what everyone says listen to your body. Congrats on a new you!! -

AngelJoy I know exactly how you feel..my head and stomach are in a battle to see which one is going to hurt the most. I am so ready for surgery. -
Yeah I just think of the positive and the health issues. I'm excited and ready. I want to eat something well anything but I am sticking to it knowing this is all to better myself.

I feel like I could just fly..my appointment today was great. I have been on the 2 week diet since Tuesday and today I got on the scale and had lost 4 pounds. My blood pressure was good I'm just so excited. My surgery is June 23rd at 5am. My current weight is 255!
