@@cuchas I was sleeved on June 12 and I am 25 lbs down since surgery I as well didn't need to go on any diet prior . I am on my 3rd week and haven't lost anything. But I've herd a lot of the 3rd week stall .what are you eating ?

Same here @@maxinee I was wearing size 14 -16 I am 19 days out and have lost 20 lbs I am on pureed foods but don't really know what to eat. What is it that has gotten you to loose the 60 lbs any recommendation -

Xxjosettexx good luck and on grays I am 14 days out of having the sleeve at 12 days gad my post op and I am 20 lbs down with no pre op diet just taking it day by day and seen the results just makes you want to keep following your plan. My suggestion to you is walk and sip sip and tour vitamins -

Hello all I am 1 week post op feeling better day by day trying to make my fluid intake of (64oz) happen. I am on the full liquid diet for another week... what did you eat in this stage ...? Thanks for sharing

I am 2 days out n I cannot drink all my liquids I feel full n want to vomit any suggestions also still in pain on one incision in particular -
Any one on here with similar dates to mine I was sleeved on 6/12
