I am 27 year old mother of 2 boys.  I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember I had a short period of time where I thinned out but that was short lived. I have always been bigger but never to the point of surgery until the past couple of years I couldnt even tell you when it started to get out of control because I had my oldest at 22 and was actually really healthy then I was just over 200 lbs and still loseing looking great then BOOM I dont know what happened I woke up 2 1/2 years later and I was 315 lbs I wanted to die when I stepped on that scale my life felt like it was spinning out of control so I went for surgery eval then and decided half way through this was not for me I could lose the weight on my own and then I became pregnant with my second and my life got healthier again for a little and I was back up to 300 on the scale again. I have managed since January to keep it under 300 but not by much so I made the choice to go back for another eval for the sleeve surgery and here we are 5 months later I just got the approval from insurance yesterday 6/11/15 and I go in for surgery 6/29/15 at Magee Womans Hospital of Pittsburgh. I am so nervous and so ready for this change I cant wait to run and play with my boys........so stay tuned because this girl is right here is starting a whole new world......
