I am at this darn stale ive been stuck for a week and a half its frustrating any tips and tricks to get off this hump would be appreciated! hope everyone is happy and losing
Stalls are inevitable. Stay the course, track your food, water, carbs, calories, etc. Check for NSVs...are clothes fitting better? Your body has to stabilize at times and you may even gain a couple of pounds. just monitor it and work your plan!
clothes are fitting much more loose I am tracking like a crazy person lol but thats all the time nothing new....maybe my body just needed a break not sure but I hope it changes soon
