You will get there, I promise! I got down to 200 and then stalled for 2 weeks! Drove me crazy! Then I got down to 199 and was so thankful then last night the scale said 195, I almost fainted. It makes up for it in big ways when you stall. Be patient!

I know that stress messes me up pretty good sometimes. It's hard to shake sometimes, so I will tell you what I try to tell myself. The outside circumstances you are dealing with are ever changing. Remember: You were so serious about weight loss surgery that you allowed an almost stranger to cut into your body and alter it. The things that happen in our lives, our jobs, our friends, our family crisis will always be evolving and changing with new obstacles almost daily. They will come and go. The one thing that needs to be constant is your progress and the work you put into helping you become the better you that you strive for. That better you, will help your children (the only other constant thing in your world) become better them. You will sort out the rest as it comes. Those other factors won't make time for you. You make time for you.

That said, good luck, I hope it starts going your way again soon. Wishing you the best! I am fairly new to this and only 7 weeks out. I have already gone through a 2 week stall from week 3 to 5. I was able to get back to losing weight again because at my 4 week follow up, I got the all clear to work out. Now, I am up every other morning at 4:30am to get some protein and carbs in before my 5:00am workout.
