I am 3 years out, and can tolerate all of these. I have slowly started regain. I have cut them back out (we all know they should not be restarted!) and have started back to the basics! My little bit of advice would be not to even start what you have been told not to do! Not even a little bit! It is how we all got in trouble to begin with!
