I did and he is AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough about him and the whole team. He doesn't sugar coat, doesn't talk down, answers any and ask questions even via email afterwards. LOVE him -
I'm not scared about the surgery itself, I'm worried I won't lose all the weight it worse, gain it back. My aunt gained almost 100# back (she started at almost 400. I have invested so much in time and financially, I really want it to work. Does any one else have this fear? My anxiety issue doesn't help it any that's for sure. Fear or not, I'm going through with it even though I occasionally wonder if I should cancel.

I'm going to order some now. Is it powder you put in broth? Is there a special way to mix it? You can use water or broth, I prefer it with broth.

I know what helped me was my dietician. Very affordable and only saw her once a month. Low carb is what I did. -

l'm So hesitant to try the chicken broth one . It's pretty good. I mix it with broth and it doesn't have the protein after taste.

I'm loving unjury and nectar protein powders. Injury has a savory chicken soup flavored one I love. I mix it with broth and heat it up.

I'm easing my way in... I start my preop Tuesday so I'm slowly adding shakes I'm so when I do state I'm not going from 3 regular meals to 2 shakes and a meal. I'm doing a shake for lunch and lighter meals for the day. Hopefully it'll help.
