Hi, my name is Lee. I am 4 days post surgery, mostly pain free. Not sure when you are supposed to start losing. I am trying to stay away from the scale as many on this site and other contacts have suggested. I am starting out at 278 and hope I don't screw this up. I lost 100 pounds a using a popular weight lose program but unfortunately it all came back on. I have chronic pain thought to be fibermyalgia I'm hoping weight loss will help with that too. I am surprised as my stomach still growls when hungry I thought I would be hungry. Just hoping I do ok and get the weight off.
