Mine was mainly caused by meds. But once the damage is done it's difficult to keep it off. I lost and gained back 250 pounds over the last 6 years. I can loose it, not a problem. Although I am not an emotional eater, I don't exercise as much as I should. My advice to you would be get to the bottom of your emotional eating first, try to deal with that and then think about the sleeve. Smiles????

Katie k Kitt U will loose all the weight u want! If u work for it. For us who are lower BMI peeps it's just a little harder, but it takes less time. U can do it! Good luck!

I don't know what my actual BMI is I go by the charts and they are wrong. So, I'm right here with u! 30 and under BMI, don't want to hear the speeches! Fat is fat! And to me I am fat! I want to change it. I don't judge anyone else only myself. I want to be healthy and strong. I am self pay, so I'm not putting it on my insurance. I'm doing it in my own! So here's to us low BMI PEEPS for starting early before our health got too bad. And congrats to ALL U SLEEVERS OUT THERE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK! u deserve it!!!

I have tried several powdered (too grainy) and several pre- mixed liquids. I love the Premier Protein chocolate. It tastes like chocolate milk. It's easy and pre made. Try a few before u buy a big supply. That's what I was told. I'm so glad I did! Whew, cause the first ones I tried were not so great! ???? good luck!

I'm getting sleeved in Mexico too. Dr Sergio Quinones. Great Doctor, he only does 2-3 a day. Amazing facility too! Wonderful coordinators and staff! ????

Check on your vitamin D intake. Vitamin D aids in weight loss! Change up your exercise, meals, change everything! See what happens! Good luck! U have done amazing this far, I'm sure it's just a long stall and your body needs to catch up! ????

Hello! I am getting sleeved on 6/16/15! I have lost and gained back 250 pounds over the last 6 years. Frustrated and pissed I started researching other ways to loose weight. 2 years ago a friend of a friend got sleeved and lost 100 pounds! I was shocked! I started saving money and in a little over 5 weeks it will be my turn! I can't wait! I am 47, been married for 16 years, I, like u hate mirrors and pictures too. I am excited, nervous, happy, anxious and thrilled. Hopefully we can keep in touch and help each other on our journey. I don't know how to fill out the profile either! Haha????

Having sleeve surgery on July 16th. Does anyone recommend taking anything that's not on the "list"? ????
