It was so nice outside, that I did a little extra walking. Heartburn hit me in the middle of one of my walks and I walked a few more blocks in hopes of 'walking it off'. Seemed to work. Made it hope, but was quite restless, lack of sleep maybe????, so I started my fall clean out closets routine. Thought I would run to the grocery store and pick up few things and BAM - was like I smacked into a brick wall. I had to sit in the parking lot for about 15 minutes before I felt I could drive the 5 miles back home. No fever - just a total ache and fatigue.

I tried to do yard work in late May early June and with the humidity and heat I would move a little bit of stuff and then go sit in the shade and drink water - hubby and son chewed my a$$ for even trying but I was going nutty
