I had my gastric bypass on March 12,2015 and it's been good but it wasn't easy because of the new change, new eating habits and trying to stay hydrated! I tried having the protein shake and it made me nauseous, they're days when I'm good and days when I feel weak but lately I have gotten a lot of energy and I exercise frequently now but I know God is helping me and he guides me threw this

My problem is when I have the food in my mouth, my throat closes and I can't swallow the food even my stomach closes and I hate that feeling, so the only thing my stomach and throat allows is either chicken, beef stock, veggies, salad and fruits and spicy broth! -

Well I'm hoping that I get to feel like me soon! It's been 2 in a half months since my surgery and I don't get hungry and when I do I try to eat and my stomach doesn't want to accept what I'm eating. Plz can someone answer if they have or had the same problem and when does it get better?
