If I feel like something might be a little slow going down I just take my three fingers and tap on my chest and that gets rid of it right away. Protein drinks of going down I find that for else's is the max in one shot I can get down everything seems OK though.

I actually cancelled my surgery with wsa. Rude nurse. Im going to ny bariatric with dr vohra. Experience was totally different than wsa and more structured. Im very glad i made the change.

if it doesnt feel right ...change....I changed because of staff problems...not the doctor...i had a nurse cancel my surgery 5 days before surgery....they forgot to tell me to be off menopause medicine....always a silver lining out there....my new surgeon is better i feel...amy
