I need help please.
I am thinking only about food... I eat a little bit, but all day long. Just can't stop eating.
I eat only healthy food, I reach my daily protein goal, I take my vitamins. I use Myfitnesspal, I eat around 1500 calories daily. I lost only 35 pounds.
I don't know what is wrong... Maybe the hungry hormones?
Any suggestion?
