I need to tell myself this I am 5 weeks out down 36lbs and I am comparing my weight loss to everyone elses and its driving me mad!!!!!!!

I am 6 weeks out and down 24! And I started at over 400!!! But it's coming off, so I find happiness in that.
I need to start thinking that way! atleast its coming off youre absolutly right! I needed to see this today....so thank you
