    Thank you... It;s been fine, just don't do too much too early ! Rest, lots of Protein, fluids and sleep . I also had my upper and lower eyes done plus my boobs - which are now AMAZING lol Thigh lift later in the year then im finished. Having to go private in the UK doesn't come cheap. Kate

    I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and also Psoriasis (although this is minimal). Neither changed after WLS, still the same with no issues. Kate

    It's been a week ! You dont have any stats on your profile which makes it difficult to comment. Also you will be bloated from the surgery. As long as you are sticking to the programme, it will start dropping off soon. Best of Luck Kate

    I find it difficult seeing people pile their plate up with food. I went on holiday 4 months after surgery and the last week was at an all inclusive resort. I really found it sickening watching people eat so much. I wasn't judging in any way, after all I used to do it but it really did make me shudder. Never ever felt that way before and it shocked me Kate.

    I only saw one and I felt very comfortable with him from the off even though he was quite a way from where I live. With the skin surgery I saw three before I felt I had made the right decision. Good luck !! Kate

    I agree they are nasty little things. I had to do them for 21 days and I could have wept towards the end. Try and space them out on your tummy, so each one is not near to the last spot you injected. Ice the area beforehand and pinch the skin and hold tight before ramming home that little piece of hell.     It's never too soon to change eating and drinking habits. Will you need another scan before the surgery? Kate

    I was advised to take the following vitamins: Multivitamin twice a day Calichew with with D3 three times a day Vitamin D In addition I take Vitamin C, Vitamin K and a B12 patch Changing your habits now will make it easier for you after the surgery. Best of luck!! Kate
