Glad I saw this note from you. A few days ago, something made me wonder whether you grill or do pit bbq -- I couldn't recall what you've written in the past or why I wondered. Do you ever do pit?

Been a long, long time since I've done anything on a real pit. Grills are what I generally use.

That being said.....I've been looking for an excuse to build a bricked in pit in my backyard for whole hog cooks. It'd be fun to do them.....but there just isn't much occasion to do so. It'd be good for a neighborhood wide event, though.......
