Glad to be seeing lower numbers coming in.

I am astounded by my old habits. Never got on a scale. Neva.....eva.......nope. Wouldn't do it.....unless it was for a dreaded doctor's appointment. Now...I enjoy going to the doctor for follow-ups. Funny turn of events. One thing I'm damn certain of and that's the new ways are the permanent ways. That scale will be a frequently used tool. Accountability.....measurement and corrective action. When I finally do hit my fighting weight and live there a while....I'll have to reload on a wardrobe of sorts. The clothes will then only be retired from being worn out....never from being too small.
