Healthy, wealthy and wise ? Meh......how 'bout two outa three. Yeah, that's it.....that's the ticket. Healthier in every imaginable way.......and recent events have allowed glimpse of budding wisdom, dare I say. Wealth was spent on medical events and self funding the sleeve surgery last year....ouch, but oh so worth it. Looking forward to being one of the hombres that gets his checkups every so often and the proactive dental visits. Other than than....my only cash outlay for medical stuff is my gym membership. LOL. The new life sure beats the old life. Why did I wait so freaking long. Feels good to be on solid ground and looking ahead with anticipation and hope. Spring is coming and I'm READY !!!!

Thank you @BairwithMe & @heather5565 I'd better get some good crash pads for the bike rides and learn how to shift gears on one again Bought a nice mountain bike a few years ago and let's just say that it wasn't true what they say about never forgetting how to ride......and who in the hell designed the seats on those things??? Groin torture not fun.....bought the padded shorts and all.....looked mighty funny in my padded booty shorts, too. Guaranteed to make you laugh yourself silly. Thank you for your support and encouragement. There is no doubt about it.....I am better for finding this place and the amazing people here, like your highly motivated self. I see your fitbit numbers and I just shake my head in and say, "Keep Killing it !!!!". Much respect for your hard work.
