no i dont exercise. I need to. I am struggling though with wanting to run away and be with this guy in NY. I moved to NY to be with him 5 months ago and stayed there 3 months and now I am feeling like going back. I dont know if it has anything to do with the weight loss but I have these crazy feelings alot that I try to fight. I get scared of being trapped and start doubting my relationship with my fiance. (of 6 years) he loves me sooo much and has sacrificed alot for me. But i still get these crazy feelings. I am going thru a hard time right now...

Def. will take your advice!
Yeah eating slow and chewing will be my downfall lol because before I use to eat sooooooo fast. I was 349 right before the surgery so around the same weight.
I can't even picture myself 100 lbs lighter! I'm so excited
Do you exercise regularly or at all? I'm 21.

Aww thanks. My surgery was May 9th 2008. It will change your life! The biggest advice I can give you is to stay humble and not change just cause you loose weight. Its hard cause you get alot more attention and stuff like that but it actually made me mad in a way cause i want people to like me for me not just cause i lost a bunch of weight. I try to only eat now when im hungry. It comes off really fast in the beginning. CHEW ALOT! TAKE SMALL BITES and take your time eating. It's hard cause everyone aroundme scarfs their food and I did too before the surgery but If i do it now I feel soooo sick. Its a journey but well well worth it. How old are you? I started at 359 and still have about another 100 to loose. You will be soooo happy you did this!!
