    RMR was tested today. Still going strong at normal levels, even after losing 126 ish lbs.

      @2goldengirl how did it go? Mine was funny, they were so excited about my weight loss, and feel like it has been really slow since I saw them last. It was interesting to have someone look at my weight loss from the outside.
